2. Shipping Charges

  • Local Deliveries (within Lahore): Free shipping depend on delivery location.
  • Nationwide Deliveries: Shipping charges vary based on the size and weight of the product and the delivery location.

3. Delivery Times

We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Within Lahore: 2-3 business days
  • Nationwide: 5-7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on product availability, location, and other factors beyond our control, such as weather or transport delays.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with order details and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

6. Delivery Process

  • Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time, especially for larger items like furniture.
  • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. In case no one is available, our delivery partner will make up to two additional attempts before returning the package to our warehouse.
  • For larger deliveries (e.g., sofas, beds), please make sure that there is adequate space and access for the delivery team to move the item safely into your home.

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver your items within the specified timeframe, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a delay, our customer service team will notify you promptly and work with you to resolve the situation.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • In the case of order cancellations after dispatch, any shipping charges incurred will not be refunded.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • For certain remote or restricted locations, delivery might be limited or subject to additional fees. Our team will inform you of any restrictions when you place your order.
