  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include details of your order, including the products, total amount, and expected delivery date.
  • Payment Confirmation: Please note that we require full payment for all orders before processing. Products will not be shipped until your payment has been successfully processed and cleared.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing after payment confirmation, depending on the product availability and volume of orders.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within Pakistan, including Lahore and other cities across Punjab and beyond. Delivery to areas outside major cities may take additional time depending on the location.
  • Shipping Methods: We work with trusted third-party shipping and logistics partners to deliver your order. The shipping method will be selected based on your location and the size of your order.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for your order will be indicated in the order confirmation email. Typically, delivery within Lahore takes between 3-5 business days, while deliveries to other cities may take 5-10 business days.
    • Lahore: 3-5 business days
    • Other Cities in Punjab: 5-7 business days
    • Rest of Pakistan: 7-10 business days
  • Delays: While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, high order volumes, or logistical challenges. We will notify you of any significant delays affecting your delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight/size of the products ordered. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your payment.
  • Free Shipping: We occasionally offer promotions for free shipping on select items or orders above a certain value. If applicable, free shipping will be automatically applied to your order during checkout.

4. Delivery and Receipt of Order

  • Delivery Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track the status of your delivery. You can use this to monitor your order's progress.
  • Delivery Location: We will deliver to the address you provide at the time of purchase. Please ensure your address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays.

  • Order Modifications: Once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to make changes to the products in the order, including product type, quantity, or delivery address. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming.
  • Address Changes: If you need to change the delivery address after your order has been processed but before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been dispatched.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Inspect Upon Delivery: Please inspect your products upon delivery. If there are any damages or defects, notify the delivery personnel and take photographs of the items.
  • Claims for Damaged Goods: If any product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order.
